Information Technology Project Manager

Computer Systems Engineer/Architect

  • Hands-on experience designing large scale systems with emphasis on master data management, workflow management, case management, and data integration

  • At least 3 years of experience leading cross functional teams and data management initiatives and implementations

  • At least 5 years of experience with business analysis or business improvement in domains such as Pharmaceutical, Study Data, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Clinical Data

  • At least 5 years of experience with Informatica MDM and PowerCenter design, development, and configuration

  • Experience implementing Data Quality and Data Governance processes

  • Working understanding of data management concepts, especially in Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Data Cataloging/Lineage, and ETL

  • Experience working in agile environment

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other related discipline preferred

Java-based Web Developer​

​

Key responsibility: Translate complex functional and technical requirements into custom design of Java-based web application; Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging custom developed software in client facing engagements; support tech lead in development plans, estimation, code and design reviews 

 

Basic requirements: 

  • 8+ years of experience design and developing web applications that include data input forms, charts/graphs/dashboards, and/or user workflows that compatible with various web browsers, especially Microsoft IE/Edge

  • 8+ years of experience with Java or J2EE 

  • 6+ years of experience with Java development frameworks including Hibernate and Spring 

  • 6+ years of development experience using ReactJS or Angular

  • 8+ years of experience in conducting and participating in design reviews and code reviews 

  • 6+ years of experience in developing/reviewing SDLC/EPLC work products and artifacts 

  • 6+ years of experience working with entity-relationship diagrams, Oracle database, use of database query languages/tools like SQL or TOAD 

  • Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills and in the development of solution approaches 

  • Experience with Agile, iterative development methods and processes 

  • Ability to develop/review production deployment/verification scripts 

  • Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance and meet 3-year U.S. residency requirement 

  • Ability to develop time & effort estimation of design and development work during sprint planning; lead/support code and design reviews 

  • BA or BS degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or related field 

  • Strong ability to work independently, self-review work products, and self-manage concurrent priority tasks

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Experience using REST and SOAP APIs and Java-based Web services preferred

  • Experience with AWS cloud-environment preferred
